Refund & Returns Policy
At SmartNook, we want you to love your space. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at lqtom445566@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from us.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Because our furniture pieces are large, we recommend a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at lqtom445566@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before ordering.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
