Thank you for shopping with SmartNook. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Free Shipping
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Times
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Because many of our pieces are large furniture items shipped by freight or specialty carriers, some orders may take a little longer; any extended handling time will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States (the contiguous 48 states). If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm availability and timing.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at lqtom445566@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (with photos for any damage) and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
